At Balgownie Estate, we have a policy in place to ensure guest rooms are available for our Balgownie Estate leisure guests, and our own hosted weddings and events.
We can offer offsite weddings a group booking arrangement for a maximum of 10 room nights (standard rates). You and your guests are entitled to a 10% discount off these rooms, should you meet a minim food and beverage spend by hosting a pre or post-wedding event with us.
All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card and include individuals first name, last name, valid personal email address and contact phone number of the guest staying with the booking.
Any rooms not guaranteed within 30 days of your check-in date will be automatically released back to public inventory, or if you wish for your specified number of rooms to remain reserved for your guests, an authorised credit card will be deducted the cost of any unoccupied rooms in your allocation 14 days prior to the date of stay.
- No cancellation fee is applicable should cancellations occur prior to 30 days of arrival.
- All cancellations within 30 days will be required to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to the total accommodation rate for the full stay.

- Children 12 years and under stay free with an accompanied paying adult using existing bedding. Child (rollaway) rate applies for additional bedding (rollaway/sofa beds).
- Extra Person – AUD 35.00 Per Sofabed
- Additional Bed – AUD 35.00 Per Rollaway
- Crib – AUD 20.00 Per Cot
- Self Parking – No Charge
