Celebrate the taste of the Yarra Valley region at Balgownie Estate this Spring with a stimulating menu prepared by Executive Chef, Grant Flack. Enjoy four delicious courses with canapes and matched wine. Come on a culinary journey and discover the regions very best produce and share in tales of local success stories. You’ll also be joined by Balgownie Estate’s Head Winemaker, Tony Winspear.
Some featured suppliers: Little Creek Cattle Farm in Coldstream, Yarra Valley Caviar in the Rubicon River, Buxton Trout from along the Stevenson River. We’ll also have Yarra Valley Dairy’s award-winning cheeses and stunning desserts from the Chocolaterie.
