Executive Chef, Stephane Le Grand, personally selects from the freshest local produce to skilfully prepare creative and modern Australian cuisine which is influenced by his extensive international experience.
To complement each dish, the vigneron has especially selected exceptional Balgownie Estate vintages from both the Yarra Valley and Bendigo vineyards.
