Design your personal menu from Rae’s Restaurant A la Carte selection, created by our Executive Chef. Our Executive Chef incorporates resort grown and local Yarra Valley produce in his dishes and inspirations. Your menu will be complemented by Balgownie Estate’s award winning wines and our superior professional service.
